About the Role:

A Cashier at Brand Avenue is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Cashiers play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers and maintaining the overall efficiency of the checkout process.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout counter.

Scan and bag items accurately and quickly using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including cash registers and surrounding areas.

Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise and monitoring product levels.

Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of cash and other assets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:
