Assistant HOA Portfolio Manager
Pay: Full-Time; Hourly / Non-Exempt
Reports to: HOA Portfolio Manager
Salary and Benefits:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience
Commission Bonus eligibility possible based on portfolio performance
100% Employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental are available for employees. Eligible the first day of the month following your first 60 days of employment, with additional cost depending on your family situation.
Monthly commission bonus eligibility is available based on department metrics met.

Essential Functions include:
The Assistant HOA Manager will provide assistance in fulfilling the terms of the company's management contracts with its clients, including assisting HOA portfolio managers in all aspects of community management, performing regular inspections of the company's client communities, and helping community homeowners with their questions. The Assistant HOA Manager is responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures. These responsibilities include:
Assisting in portfolio management of communities that include homes, townhomes, condominiums, and mid-rises
Assisting with HOA Community rules and policy enforcement
Preparing and handling violation letters and other correspondence with homeowners
Promptly returning emails and phone calls for board members
Assisting in problem resolution with boards and homeowners
Attendance at board meetings on an occasional basis
Preparing and distributing agendas, notices, meeting minutes, ballots, new owner packets, newsletters and other correspondence
Maintaining current knowledge of governing documents, applicable state statutes, and local ordinances that apply to all assigned communities
Maintaining files and records and governing documents in accordance with state and local laws
Conducting site inspections of the community and identifying CC&R violations
Performing insurance management for communities
Maintaining HOA databases and maintaining up-to-date records
The Assistant HOA Manager position will evolve, and additional duties and responsibilities may be revised/added as business needs dictate.
PTO:
PTO is offered at 6 hours per pay period.
All Federal Holidays off and paid to add an additional 12 -13 days off a year.
