Schedule for this position in Customer Service:
Monday-Thursday (Potential hours will be between 8a-7p)
Friday (8a-5p)
1-2 Predetermined Saturdays a month (1st shift)

What you will do:
Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers and internal employees with a focus on providing exceptional care
Discuss services we have to offer and how they can help solve problems that our customers are experiencing with their homes
Schedule installation and service appointments for our sales and service departments
Accurately documenting discussions including notes and pictures associated with our customer's needs
What you will need:
Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry.
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong customer service experience. (Preferred 2 years minimum of customer care experience).
A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. (Those with prior experience handling logistics, scheduling, and calendars preferred).
Ability to meet the requirements of a preemployment background check and drug screen.
Call center or office setting experience preferred
