We are currently accepting applications for the position of Medical Receptionist II, in our busy therapy clinic in Pocatello, ID located in the Bingham HealthCare Sports and Orthopedic facility. 4+ years experience in a medical front office setting and insurance verification proficiency required.
Roles
Coordination and scheduling for Physical Therapy services
Establish and maintain front office relations with other therapists, receptionists, nurses, etc.
Coordination of benefits; Insurance Eligibility and Authorization
Processing patient health information and chart management
Clinic flow and organization

The medical receptionist keeps the clinic flow running smoothly by handling a variety of tasks that involve strict attention to detail. They are able to juggle schedules and frequently schedule successive appointments for multiple therapists while making adjustments accordingly. They are problem-solvers and trouble-shooters. They are the gate-keeper of collecting pertinent information from patients and doctors' offices in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining a high focus on client satisfaction.
Full-time; Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Out-patient Clinic Setting; Physical Therapy Team in Pocatello. Also supporting our clinic at Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot, Id.

Skills we are looking for:
Mental Capacity (skills, learned abilities, training, experience, knowledge)
Previous experience working in a medical clinic and efficiently scheduling multiple providers;
Strong knowledge and experience with insurance verification and eligibility.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Zoom proficiency.
