Condominium Associates began managing condominium and homeowner associations in the Tampa Bay area in 1982 and presently have offices in Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. We are a full-service association management company providing services in the areas of facilities management, financial management and administration.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations for one of our properties. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep.Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize property functionality and minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, including hands-on repairs, while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Collaborate with management, board members, and owners to address maintenance issues and ensure community satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to property maintenance.

Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, pools, elevators, and general building maintenance.

CPO certification required.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience in a supervisory/lead maintenance role.
