Kaiva Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager.
Summary Overview
This is a contract, remote Project Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The Project Manager will also coordinate logistics management, inspection, expediting, and ensure quality control across multiple concurrent projects.
Required Experience and Skills:
Purchasing and Expediting skills
Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination
Project Management experience and skills
Inspection and Quality Control skills
Design/Build Experience a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with remote teams
Experience in a federal and commercial contracting environment is preferred
Education:
Bachelor's in Construction Management or 10 years equivalent experience as APM or Superintendent required
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
