Title:HR Specialist
Experience in a HR function, preferably with in a shared service or operational support environment Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills, and demonstrated commitment to a service mindset. Relevant HR systems experience in SAP & Workday and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft suite. Interface with HRBPs to ensure a high standard of HR Services are delivered to the business. Manage Service delivery of HR operations administrators via metrics and SLA’s. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information SAP input: General data management, On-boarding, Employee relations, Off-boarding and Claims Management. Handle employee payroll queries. Produce HR Reports and analytics as required. Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
