Our client located in Waterloo is looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator to join their team! Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, this position will work collaboratively with the payroll team to process payroll for 3000+ employees. This position is with a reputable and growing company in the Non-Profit industry.

Responsibilities:
Processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees
Work collaboratively with payroll team to complete payroll for 3000+ employees
Ensure payroll is accurate, make changes to payroll as needed, and investigate any discrepancies
Process changes in HRIS system UKG
Complete year-end reports including annual payroll balance for T4s
Calculation of deductions, premiums, bonuses, etc.
Must have 2+ years of experience processing high volume payroll for 200+ employees
PCP designation or actively working towards completion
Experience using UKG is preferred but not required
Experience working in an unionized environment is nice to have
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
