The Role

Prospera will assist the Ministry of Investment/BKPM in streamlining 1094 Perizinan Berusaha Untuk Menjalankan Kegiatan Usaha (PBUMKU)s and enhancing the licensing process within the OSS System. Given the project's complexity, Prospera will initially focus on evaluating the business processes of eight priority PBUMKUs out of the 550 already integrated into the OSS system. BKPM has identified six priority PBUMKUs based on sectoral importance, with the remaining two to be determined later, validated through focus group discussions with the private sector. The goal is to simplify license requirements and develop streamlined business process flowcharts for implementation in the OSS system. This approach is expected to serve as a model for reviewing other PBUMKUs by BKPM.

About You

Prospera is seeking the service of a company to undertake the PBUMKU Review project. The successful company must have a good track record of previous experience in successfully carrying out similar work, with expertise in business process and in-depth knowledge of the licensing process particularly PBUMKU.

Remuneration

Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rates are according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
