The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor s degree in culinary or hotel management, and a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in culinary operations in a hospitality setup
The candidate should have excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Aside from having great personal hygiene and grooming standards, they should be able to communicate effectively, and show a keen desire to learn
Candidates with an experience of handling pre-openings will be preferred
