Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Visa Answer Overseas Education Consultants. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role is full-time and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering

Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations

Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, and other relevant software

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes

Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications

Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project success

Conduct on-site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality

Manage project budgets and ensure cost control

Coordinate with government authorities and obtain necessary permits and licenses

Supervise and provide guidance to construction workers and subcontractors

Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
