We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Human Resources. The selected candidate will report to the Team Lead – Human Resources.

The Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for:

Identifying training needs of the organization and devising plans to ensure the successful addressing of training and development needs of employees

Assist in Talent management and succession planning process

Developing and executing the employee engagement event calendar, maintaining a friendly and participative work environment for all employees

Administering Rewards and Recognition for all staff

Overlooking HR Administration and assist in executing Special Projects

Refining policies and processes

The ideal candidate should:

Possess 2-years work experience in a similar job role together with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management/ business management or a Professional Qualification
