The Opportunity
Following the company Purchasing Strategies and Global Policy for Suppliers, POS/Secondary Packaging graduate are responsible assisting the buyer for technical developing and providing the materials needed for projects at best cost and conditions with a TCO mindset.
What you'll get to do
Supporting buyers in project management, to produce the needed materials, at the best cost, fitting quality requirements and accomplishing the supply needs in time and in full
To ensure the accomplishment of the plans, monitoring order deliveries, supplier’s performance, and stock level of components
To elaborate and follow detailed retro-planning with suppliers and internal departments to fulfill the company requirements
To inform of all Purchasing related Data, directly in SAP or through IRIS suppliers’ portal: info record, source list, planning data, logistic data, green dot and customs clearance code
Control/reporting de KPI’s POS
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience in a similar position
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management or similar
Fluency Spanish and English. French would be a plus
Motivation and interest for the industry of fragrances
Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacity
Resilience to stress, ease of teamwork, empathy
Microsoft Office (Excel high level)
SAP MM would be a plus
Negotiation skills
