Job Overview As a Pega Smart Investigate Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing the Pega Smart Investigate application to streamline and optimize the investigation and resolution processes within the organization. Your primary focus will be to design, develop, and implement Pega Smart Investigate solutions that align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of the Smart Investigate platform. Integration and Data Management Integrate Pega Smart Investigate with various data sources and external systems to ensure seamless information flow. Implement data models, establish data mappings, and ensure data security and quality within the application.
