Hi,

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations for ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to optimize service delivery and meet specific business requirements.

Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools to enhance data flow and automate tasks.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and plugins to automate complex workflows and extend platform capabilities.

Conduct thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) of ServiceNow configurations to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption.

Provide training and support to users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics, identifying and resolving any issues to maintain optimal platform effectiveness.

Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, updates, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing configurations and implement new functionalities
