Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing and Sales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Identify and pursue new business opportunities:** Research and identify potential clients in target markets, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and proactively reach out to introduce our services.

2. **Develop and nurture client relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

3. **Lead generation and qualification:** Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and social media. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and service offerings.

4. **Create compelling proposals and pitches:** Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions to clients.

5. **Negotiate contracts and close deals:** Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. **Stay updated on industry trends:** Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and sales. Apply this knowledge to develop innovative strategies and solutions for clients.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.

6. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
