Job Role and Responsibilities:
To handle ship enquiries, prepare quotes and manage the whole pre and after-sales process
To work with the sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs
Assist with sales procedures and provide customer support.
Handle sales-related problems and inquiries from customers.
Enter new orders accurately and efficiently.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Investigate shipping issues and coordinate with logistics teams.
Manage customer accounts and maintain positive relationships.
Enter and track data in sales databases for accurate reporting.
Provide regular reports and updates to the sales department.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related studies)
Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles in Marine sector (Machineries).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
