Technical Program Manager

2+ years of Product Manager experience.

5+ years of Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, Tech Lead or Project Manager experience.

Experience managing development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets client requirements.

Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features.

Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Java, JAVA EE development experience using RSA/RAD/Eclipse or similar tooling

Ability to learn new technologies / processes like Pivotal Cloud Foundry / GCP, Azure, Spring boot, Extreme programming /Agile practices

Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making.

Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and Business Partners.

Experience with Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or similar Agile Tools.

Experience with Lean Agile methodology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with Business Partners to understand their product vision, and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team.

Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets client requirements.

Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization.

Work with design resources (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the development team.

Ensure compliance with ITPM/ISP control requirements

Handle/support application audit, SCRP and annual access control requirement

Define, develop, and manage low-level task plans to support higher level project goals. Raise potential issues early with suggested mitigation plan

Help innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share our learnings

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical qualification (BS/BCA/BE/ME/MBA/MCA)
