Induction Joining Formalities and HR Documentation

To prepare organization chart showing reporting structure of all the employees, designation, grade and place of work.

Maintaining personnel file records of the employees

Filing of employees personal certificates

Monthly Payroll processing Time Management

Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal Annual KRA's of the employees

To look after administration function in absence of concerned person.
