Billing Engineer

Minimum 10 years experience in billing of Residential, villa and finishing.

Evaluate cost-effectiveness for all the activities.

Recommend ways to make an activity more cost effective and productive Check and certify the Sub-contractor / Labour bills

Efficiently working towards quantities and material reconciliation

Work on the cash outflow of the project to ensure the audit of, quantity of material inward and stock at site

Prepare bill of quantities bills.

Analysis of Rate as per CPWD.

Data entry analysis in SAP.

Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.

Construction supervision of civil interior works at the site, including safety, quality and time schedule.

Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.

Prepare detailed Comparative Statements.
