MBA in HR/ Management Graduate or Graduate with HR Diploma
Should have 5 years of relevant experience in hiring only.
Industry work experience is Preferred, although we are also open for someone with strong experience with recruitment firms.
Well versed with online job portal and very good in using Excel.
Should have good communication skills (both spoken & writing).
Experience of team handling, taking their reporting and MIS.
Tasks
Understand companys hiring requirement and plan strategy to meet the target
Review Job Description and make changes as required
Lead and monitor team of recruiters, taking their reporting and MIS
Hiring of senior level profile & hiring of professionals like CAs, Engineers, etc.
Proactive and able to meet required deadlines
Interviewing potential candidates
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
On boarding and Induction for new hires
