Secures online first - new brand selection for multiple subcategories
Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for multiple subcategories
Help the partner eco-system transition to online commerce by coming up with insights which can help drive the behavior change led by strong proposition for the customers
Track and analyze product assortment, category performance and path to purchase. As well as, product reviews, cross-sell functionalities performance and market competition trends identifying opportunities to drive purchase and creating customer-centric web merchandising decisions
Enhance the customers purchase and search journey keeping in mind business/vendor marketing strategy
Come up with recommendations on driving incremental revenue or margin by building rationale for cross sell, up sell, higher margin products from total available assortment
Collaborate with platform development and brand (product) team understanding their vision and provide quantitative and qualitative insights
Collaborate with CRM team to activate campaigns based on merchandising calendar
