Testing application patches and upgrades
Software release management
Providing application training to end users
Documenting support processes
Creating how-to guides and WIKI pages
Logging issues and following through to resolution
Suggesting solutions to Technology team that will simplify the support process
Monitoring scheduled tasks, log files and performance
Investigating and resolving issues safely and in a timely manner Skills and Specifications
The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:
BSc/Masters in Computing or Sciences (70%+) Other Requirements
Can work as part of a shift pattern
Pro-active approach to issue resolution
