Category Buyer-Indirect Purchase

1) Manage activities in Tool Sourcing (Injection Mould, Checking Fixtures and Toolroom related parts services) procurement function.

2) Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.

3) Follow the procurement policies financial DoA laid down in the organisation.

4) Day to day monitoring and control over the pending sourcing requests

5) Ensure right sourcing is done w. r. t. cost, quality, and delivery.

6) Working on SAP ERP system

7) Take ownership of the sourcing/jobs being assigned and should be a problem solver.

8) Handle complete cycle from sourcing to supplier final payment release.

9) Make long term rate contracts for products or services which are regularly required in Toolroom or Plants.

10) Must have knowledge about the current price trends and supplier base in different regions for Injection Moulds, Checking Fixtures, Steel Mould Ancillary Parts.
