Business Development Associate

The desired person will be responsible to attract new clients and build strong relationships with them. Develop business strategies, include market research and pitches. Manage new projects and identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify potential clients.

Building great relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

Collect and maintain clients information in the CRM database.

Assist in developing business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required.

Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in journalism, communications, English, business, marketing or relevant field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Well versed with MS Office Tools.

1 - 2 years experience in marketing or business associate development.

Strong organization and project management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work as per deadlines.
