Roles And Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and complaints
Maximize sales by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
Motivate and supervise a team of store staff, ensuring they are well-trained and meet sales targets
Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the shopping experience
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Handle cash management and perform cash reconciliations
