Client Relationship Manager

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and growing our community of members, clients, and partners. You will develop and implement strategies to increase member satisfaction and retention, as well as manage client relationships. Additionally, you will create and execute social media campaigns and events to drive engagement and expand our network.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow our community

• Manage member and client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates

• Plan and execute events to drive engagement and expand our network

• Create and execute social media campaigns to promote CoCo and our members

• Maintain and update our website and social media accounts

• Collaborate with the CoCo team to ensure a positive member experience
