Functional Job Description For AP/Procurement:

Minimum 5 to 10 years working experience in performing business analyst functions with proficiency in two or more modules/areas in the following areas or tracks:

Sourcing to Pay: Procurement, ePro, Jaggaer, Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, My Wallet, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts, eSupplier, Related reporting, 3rd party Interfaces (Jaggaer, Concur, PaymentWorks)

Jaggaer Applications

General Finance and Budgeting: General Ledger, Asset Management, Treasury, Commitment Control, nVision, Financial Reporting, 3rd party Interfaces (Banner, Touchnet)

Grants Management: Grants, Contracts, Project Costing, Accounts Receivable (AR for Grants and Non-Grant Billing), Related reporting, 3rd party Interfaces (eCert)

Extensive experience with PS Fluid Interface; Approval framework and work centers.

Ability to use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment

Solid working knowledge of all phases of the application development life cycle specifically business case development, modeling techniques and methods and ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Strong working knowledge of data and table structures to develop complex queries online and via SQL Application Designer.

Hands-on experience with one or more PeopleSoft applications with emphasis in Financials (Campus Solutions, Portal/Interaction Hub, Human Capital Management) and integrating PeopleSoft with non -PeopleSoft Applications or third-party systems such as Jaggaer, CONCUR, TouchNet and similar Student and other financial systems.

Responsible for requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, application configuration, conduct system testing, assisting users to create user acceptance test (UAT) test scripts and support UAT.

Excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, promote teamwork, problem-solving, and understanding of systems engineering concept.

Technical Job Description : Decision-making Authority: This role passes or fails testing of office specific to-be business processes, deliverables, and application configuration.

Description:

Responsible for technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft FSCM lifecycle.

Provides hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions.

Responsible for the design, development and delivery of various PeopleSoft application development components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, creating CI based webservices, APIs and implementation of custom solutions.

Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results.

Designs, plans, tests and implements remediation's which meet functional and technical specifications of a large PeopleSoft FSCM application.

Conducts Unit testing and resolve issues found in testing.

Effectively communicates and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications:

8-12 years of related experience in FSCM application.

Extensive experience working with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with the PeopleSoft Inventory (IN) & Cost Management (CM) modules or a minimum of 4 full-lifecycle implementations.

Hands-on support of Inventory, Mobile Inventory, Item Master, eProcurement, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable is preferred.

Experience in drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications or customizations.

Experience with People Tools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, Application Packages, Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Workflow and Query.

Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Prior experience developing interfaces with Third party and GL and AR Interface applications. Prior knowledge of higher education industry preferred.

Advanced skills preferred in the following areas:

Application Engine Development.

People Code.

Web Services including SOAP, REST and Component Interface using REST/SOAP.

API - JSON.

Component/Page designs.

Integration Broker - Creating REST/SOAP web services.

Application Packages.
