Skilled Renovator (Piece Work)

As a skilled renovator specializing in piece work, you will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks with precision and expertise. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

Installing sinks, faucets, and plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms.

Mounting and installing door handles, locks, and other hardware.

Installing range hoods and venting systems.

Repairing and replacing damaged or outdated fixtures and fittings.

Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Communicating effectively with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Completing tasks within specified timeframes and budgets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a renovator or similar role, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom installations.

Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, and general construction techniques.

Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Own tools and transportation.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
