CNC Operator

PAY: $23 - $24 (depending on experience).

1st SHIFT and 2nd SHIFT available: (occasional over time) 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM pays a Night Differential.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CNC Experience.

Ability to read blueprints.

MUST have knowledge on how to use micrometers and calipers.

Machining/Manufacturing Experience with metal parts components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must Be able to perform 1st Article and in Process Inspections

Must be able to setup independently new jobs and development jobs on(Mill turn 4 and 5th axis mills machines) different manual machine types from start to finish, including selection of tools and programming that may require .

Create, maintain, and update setup procedures for processes.

Maintain process controls on critical processes through maintenance of tooling and equipment, helps troubleshooting and problem solving with the operators.

Routinely monitor processes to ensure process control and variation reduction using statistical tools and interaction with operators.

Monitors production performance measurements, adjusts processes to maintain quality and improve on cost.

Take the initiative to drive process solutions through feedback and communication with manufacturing and engineering personnel.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
