Senior Business Analyst - Strategic Initiatives

Fragomen Malaysia has an exciting opportunity to join the firm to support global strategic initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a new role for the firm, focused on researching and analysing initiatives to further our growth strategy in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities will include:

Foster collaboration among various departments, including legal, marketing, sales, operations, finance etc., to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Analyse market data to inform the creation of effective go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product positioning, target customer profiles, and unique value propositions.

Develop detailed business plans outlining financial projections, resource requirements, and risk assessments.

Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing models, distribution channels, and BD/Marketing strategies.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of go-to-market strategies. Continuously analyse performance data and provide recommendations for optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Educational background in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role that focused on new product launches and business planning.

Experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward common goals.
