Manager- Infrastructure & Industrial Projects, will be responsible for growing the Sales & margins in Project's business. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for engineering projects, from initial lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Infrastructure Project Types - Heavy Engineering,Power Plants, Refineries/Petrochemical, Transportation, Shipyards, Pipeline
Industry – Electrodes, Safety Equipment, or power tools industry.
The Scope of Work will include below key deliverables -
Generation & Mapping for New & Existing Projects - Identify Potential clients
present, and share business proposals with identified clients.
contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients
Distribution gaps in large project sites & liaison with Regional Sales Offices for filling the gap
and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large project contractors
Contracts & Engagement with Key EPC Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and consultants for Prices & Services
to Multiple Sites for Networking & Demos/Trainings - Min 8-10 days travel outside base location
with Skill Centres of Large Contractors for Abrasive Training's
closely with Marketing Lead for BTL Marketing
sales team in achieving Sales from the project sites / business conversion in sites
Trends & Working Closely with Business & Sales Team to offer differentiated product/service proposition and identifying new leads
