Description:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Direct Access Clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and products preferences. Act as the primary point of contact, providing proactive market insights, and trade execution services.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Investment Advisory, Relationship Managers, Research, and Compliance to ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.

TRADE EXECUTION

Execute trades across various asset classes, including equites, foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, and structures products.

Monitor market developments, analyze trading opportunities, and implement trading strategies to optimize clients portfolios.

Ensure timely and accurate trade execution while adhering to risk management protocols and regulatory guidelines.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM) within the DAC segment.

Participate in client prospecting activities presentations, and industry events to showcase the company's capabilities and attract new EAM clients.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop marketing materials, clients proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of EAM clients.

Develop and maintain good relationship with Front Office.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING

Track the performance of client portfolios, analyze investment results, and provide regular performance updates to Direct Access Clients.

In collaboration with Front Office prepare comprehensive portfolio reviews, investment reports, and performance attribution analysis to demonstrate value-added services and support client retention efforts.

Proactively address client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
