Job Description

How you will make an impact

- Carry out monthly accounting activities and close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

- Be a part of various department-wide initiatives

- Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

- Create analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

- Function with business partners to ensure compliance with procedures and controls, corporate accounting policies, and provide support on special requests

- Work with internal and external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and testing

- Complete other projects as required

- Deep understanding of journal entries

- Solid understanding of Revenue Accounting

- Adeptness in Accounts Receivable (AR)

- General ledger experience required

- Audit scheduling experience

- Bank reconciliations experience

- A strong track record of communicating, both verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

- Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports

- The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

- BA/BS in Accounting required, CPA credentials are desired

- Experience in SOX control execution/documentation

- Minimum 5 years of overall general accounting experience
