This is an opportunity to work for a rapidly growing fintech company who are revolutionizing a $12 trillion industry. They are one of the only Fintech companies in the world that are currently on a steep growth trajectory. At present, they have no direct competitors and have a huge market opportunity of $24 billion in annual revenue potential. They are also very well-funded, having raised $150M+, including a recent $90M+ raise led by one of the world's most prestigious VCs. They've been doubling revenue annually and are forecasting to reach ~$50M in revenue and 400 employees by the end of the year. They've outstanding fundamentals with plenty of cash runway, strong unit economics, and high margins.

Your role

As the Head of Strategic Finance, will report directly into their CFO and will be responsible for their strategic direction whilst playing a pivotal role in their aggressive growth plans. The role will manage strategic finance projects and lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to enable sound decision-making and foster growth. You will have the opportunity to build out your own.

Qualification

Must have experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably SaaS or Fintech

3+ years experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity or Consulting

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and quantitative analysis

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to various stakeholders

Strategic thinking with the ability to generate creative ideas, foresee future challenges, and implement innovative solutions

Leadership attributes such as integrity, resilience, adaptability, and a cooperative approach to decision-making
