We are seeking an entry-level, creative, and enthusiastic social, creator, and culture coordinator to join our team. As a social media coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the companies' social media and community presence, implementing engaging strategies, and staying up-to-date with current trends across all platforms.
Your Daily Impact:
Manage content for the day-to-day needs across company accounts’ social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube), including caption writing, light in-app video editing, and publishing.
Encourage engagement and build an online community with company fans.
Cover the companies events on-site and remotely, capturing, clipping and posting content in real-time (as needed).
Uphold the voice and tone of the the company that speaks to the target audience.
Monitor, react and leverage real-time trends and current events and relate them to the companies brand.
Assist in the ideation, planning, execution, and reporting of social content on all platforms.
Aide in programming channel-specific strategies while maintaining knowledge and expertise across all social platforms.
Monitor, recognize and implement ongoing improvements to the workflow and output of each channel.
Assist in managing social content calendar and programming grid.
Provide social listening and response to the communities and fans of the social channels.
Provide general administrative assistance, including but not limited to creation of calendars, recaps, reports, budget input, spreadsheets, creative requests, and vendor submissions.
Qualifications
2+ year experience in social media production and/or publishing
Strong understanding of how all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms) and their communities operate
A strong pulse on the general social media landscape, including latest platform trends, conversations, and features
Sports, entertainment, tech, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with creators/a creator-focused strategy is a plus
