As the Global Chief Marketing Officer you will craft and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Global Chief Marketing Officer - Responsibilities:

Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and lead innovation in digital marketing strategies.

Scale the business through strategic market expansion, ensuring brand consistency across diverse international markets.

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt and optimize campaigns for local relevance.

Leverage your deep understanding of the retail food industry to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience within our retail food outlets.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Global Chief Marketing Officer - Skills:

Substantial experience in the omni-channel retail food or QSR space or similar industry is a must.

Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or an equivalent senior leadership role in a $1 billion+ company.

Demonstrated success in scaling global brands through multiple markets.

Expertise in digital acquisition strategies and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
