As an Account Manager for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations and strategic partnership, you’ll guide prospective real estate agents to successfully utilize our client’s innovative platform to drive sales growth for themselves.

This role is based in Richmond, VA (competitive relocation offered) and is 4 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

Account Growth Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships through upselling and renewals.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their strategic marketing plans.

Industry Expertise: Develop proficiency in digital advertising, multifamily real estate, and market trends within your territory.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to boost sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Success Focus: Offer exceptional customer support through regular communication, providing market insights, and delivering goal-oriented solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

Two or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.

Strong analytical skills for data analysis and strategic recommendations.

Flexible self-starter with excellent organizational and communication abilities, including customer relationship management.
