Account Executive

Looking for talent from within the Staffing industry. A person that is hungry, energetic and personable. Experience driving the sales processes and the building of client relationships of mid to large sized companies. Responsibilities will include growing a client base of both new and existing business opportunities; responsibility will be recruiting, evaluating and placing finance and accounting professionals in both full-time and contract positions with MMI clients; delivering white glove customer service to both clients and candidates; be in consistent communication and act as a career advisor to candidates. Account Executives can thrive in this position by cold calling and composing marketing campaigns to establish relationships with new prospects, referrals and repeat business. This position will only consider those commutable to our offices in: New Jersey OR New York.

Qualifications:2+ years’ experience within accounting/finance and/or Full-Desk experience specific to Accounting and Finance.Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.The ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the businessHybrid positionBase 60k-70k + Commissionable modelLocated near New York, New Jersey or surrounding geography
