Investor Relations Associate

H&P is working with an established middle market private equity firm, specifically in the tech and healthcare space. They are looking to hire an investor relations associate, with the firm having a heavy focus on buyout investments in consumer products, sales & marketing services & content, industrial services, technology & technology-enabled services.

The candidate will be part of a lean IR team, helping with both fundraising as well as client relationships, with long term plans for the hire to grow into a senior member of the team.

The team is currently entering a huge growth phase with recent investments having returned very well. They have also just closed their largest fund so far.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial and market research across various sectors

Comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/financial tools/metrics

Monitoring performance and result-oriented metrics daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly.

Reading and building analytical reports

Arrange conferences, roadshows, earning, transcript calls, and investor interactions whenever required.

Engage in market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

Investment Banking Analyst (1-4 years experience).

Bachelor's degree required.
