Mortgage Loan Officer - Inside Sales

The Active Link Inside Sales team is one of the top originating teams in the U.S. specializing in consumer direct refinance (Conventional, FHA, VA, etc.).

We are hiring a top-level Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Inside Sales team. Here is what we are looking for:

Honesty, Ethics, Integrity, and Professionalism. This is the most important thing to our team.

Experience. We are looking for someone who is licensed and ready to close deals on day 1.

Production. Be prepared to provide evidence of your production, and past success or to show us your potential if given the right opportunity.

Work Ethic. Our team works hard. If hired, you will be busy immediately. Our various marketing and sales channels mean lots of leads and lots of borrowers. You must be able to convert at a high level and manage a large pipeline.

Active Link is currently licensed in 16 states and growing. Our Mortgage Loan Officers work primarily INBOUND CALLS generated from direct mail and live transfers but Outbound calling and hustle is also expected.

Compensation is commission + guaranteed minimum wage (no draw). THERE IS NO COMMISSION CAP.
