Established in 2012, we now have 45 employees and offices in both London and New York. We are Industry Leading Recruitment Specialists within the Renewables, Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Nuclear, Hydrogen, Energy Management, Energy Trading, Energy IT and Oil & Gas sectors

Our North American affiliate AVA Energy Inc. is in the process of expanding our New York office with various hires this year and next.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in New York, you'll be:

Networking, and developing new business

Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients

Candidate sourcing via job boards

Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person

Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

About you:

Minimum 2 years’ experience and success in recruitment

Proven billing history

Ideally experience in a similar sector

Enjoys Business Development

A natural mentor and leader

Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
