ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a senior-level ServiceNow Developer Service Catalog and Knowledge Management Article experience to join our Government Service Delivery team. This position is an integral part of an agile environment supporting a Government client, and is a key part of the growth of our ServiceNow practice area. To be successful, one should have prior experience and demonstrated success implementing Service Catalog and Knowledge. You will be working with other IT professionals, vendors, and process owners to support, maintain, and enhance the service ServiceNow application.

Essential Functions:

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog. Should have completed an end-to-end implementation

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management Articles. Should have completed an end-to-end implementation

Lead customer kick-off calls

Lead requirements sessions and document detailed requirements

Prior end-to-end implementation of ITSM and in-depth knowledge about Product/Module.

Assist architect in developing interfaces between customer systems and ServiceNow (PowerBi, Camunda,

Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems

Provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large-scale

Must have experience using Orlando or Paris release

ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments

Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Client depends on this resource being very responsive

Resource should be able to work the hours needed for the project

Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors

ServiceNow ITSM Certification

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification (Nice to have)

Active Secret Clearance
