Oracle ERP Implementation Manager

Our client, a manufacturer who provides plasma cutting, waterjet, software and services to help connected factories optimize performance, is seeking to add a Senior Project Manager to their growing PMO. This Direct Hire position will guide cross-functional project teams through our companies' Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments and operational process improvements critical to the organization’s revenue generation long-term strategy plan.

This position can be worked 100% remote with 25% travel to Washington state.

The Senior Project Manager will also:

Define, scope, analyze and prioritize complex, global problems and work in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and follow through all facets of program work

Develop and execute program plan including project schedules with dependencies and critical path

Manage program portfolio and facilitate prioritization and sequencing of work within the project/program

Report on the projects and program progress and manage stakeholder communication and engagement

The successful candidate should have:

Bachelor Degree + 5 years Project Management Experience or equivalent

Certification: Project Manager Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent

A well-developed project management toolkit in both Waterfall and Agile methodology and experience with program and portfolio management tools (Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA or Azure DevOp

Experience with implementation of Oracle ERP Solutions
