Travel to farm shows to market and share our farming equipment with new potential customers

We are looking for a Sales Representative to continue our family tradition of serving our customers with honesty, integrity, and the highest level of service. Our ideal candidate has strong ties to the agricultural community and a passion to help farmers feed the world. If you have a friendly personality, a desire to serve the ag community, and a working knowledge of farm equipment – we would love to talk to you! We’re not looking for a pushy sales rep – we want a consultative resource for our customers.
Our Ideal Ag Equipment Sales Representative:
Experienced: Must have experience in the agricultural community & a basic knowledge of equipment. We are willing to teach sales to the right person.
Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products and able to learn our accounting system (EBMS) for invoicing and contacts. Willing to learn how to post our products on our website.
Organized: Able to prioritize your work, coordinate rental schedules, track customer requests, etc.
Self-starter: Able to work independently and maintain a strong sense of urgency to connect with customers and answer their questions
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Enjoys connecting with people. Relates to our farming and agriculture customer base in a down-to-earth and kind manner.
Active: Able to drive a truck & trailer (no CDL required) and demonstrate equipment (we will train), lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel & stand for extended periods.
Driver's License: Must have a valid PA driver's license and reasonably clean driving record.
Travel: Must be able to attend some out-of-state shows that require some overnight travel.

Expected Compensation: $90k+/year (Including base and commission)
