Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and basic knowledge of Copado to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce platform, with a focus on utilizing Copado for basic release management tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to grow their career in Salesforce administration and gain exposure to Copado.

Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Configuration: Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions sets, workflows, and process automation using Process Builder and Flow.

2. Data Management: Manage data quality, imports, exports, and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.

3. User Support and Training: Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to new users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.

4. Copado: Utilize Copado for end-to-end release management tasks, including creating and managing branches, performing deployments, and resolving deployment-related issues under guidance.

5. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and other administrators, to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business needs.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce platform, GIT and Copado usage to enhance efficiency and productivity.

8. Branching and Merging: Define branching and merging strategies tailored to project requirements, including feature branches, release branches, and hotfix branches.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. Basic understanding of Copado and experience with basic release management tasks, such as branch creation, deployment, and conflict resolution.

4. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) and Copado Certifications will be plus but not required.

5. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

8. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in an Agile development environment.

2. Familiarity with other Salesforce ecosystem tools and technologies, such as Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, and Flow.

3. Previous exposure to basic Apex and Visualforce development concepts.

4. Knowledge of data management best practices, including data modelling and data migration tools
