A growing investment company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to partner with senior management and work across all things HR. This role is in the office full time in Stamford.

Recruiting

Develop and manage training

Employee relations support

Manage the full employee lifecycle

Manage the internship program

Compensation, LOA, performance management, etc

They are looking for someone who has:

· The ability to project manage, be hands on, and work independently

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Great judgement

· 5+ years of HR experience

· BA/BS degree
