Robert Half is partnered with a local Financial Planning firm to identify a talented individual to join their team as an Office Coordinator/Paraplanner. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting the team of Financial Advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning services to clients. You will work closely with advisors to assist in the preparation of financial plans, conduct research on investment options, and ensure that all client needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Assist in Financial Planning: Collaborate with Financial Advisors to gather client data, analyze financial information, and assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives.

Conduct Research: Conduct thorough research on various investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements to support the development of investment recommendations and financial strategies.

Assist/Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for client meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Client Communication: Assist Financial Advisors in communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on the status of their financial plans and investment portfolios.

Draft Recommendations: Assist Financial Advisors in drafting investment recommendations, asset allocation strategies, and retirement planning solutions based on clients' financial situations and objectives.

Maintain Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, including financial plans, investment statements, and correspondence, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes relevant to financial planning and investment management, and share insights with the team as needed.

Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling client meetings, preparing paperwork, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and client service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is helpful.

Previous experience in a financial planning, wealth management firm, or similar financial services organization preferred.

Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment principles, and regulatory requirements very helpful.

Series 6, 63, & 65 Licensure along with Life & health insurance licensure or willingness to complete within 18 months.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.
