About this role: This role requires a passionate hands on Lead Java developer who can contribute in creating robust financial and banking applications. Need someone who is flexible in adopting changes and learning new technologies effectively.
Required Skillset
Overall 10+ years of application development experience using Java/Core Java/J2ee and relational databases.
2-3 years of working experience as a Lead Developer
Strong knowledge in Core Java, multithreading, collections and concurrency.
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot, microservices and REST APIs.
Strong experience with Spring JPA, Spring Data & API Development.
Experience with Kafka and MongoDB is highly preferred.
Knowledge of performance tuning data intensive applications
Expertise in performance profiling, ability to identify performance improvements and memory optimizations
Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills
Experience in large scale enterprise application implementation
Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative tech based solutions
Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
