CNC Machinist Supervisor

Our client in Birmingham, Alabama is a creative engineering and manufacturing services company, focused on providing innovative and unique solutions. They are rapidly growing and are actively looking to add a Machinist Manager to their team. In this role, this person will work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to manage the scheduling, programming, machining, and quality of components.

Skills & Experience Needed

1) Associates in Applied Science for Computer Numerical Control or similar.

2) 5+ years of experience in programming and CNC machining

3) Ability to lead a team and maximize efficiency to stay on deadlines.

4) Train and mentor incoming machinists.
